Instead of banner ads at the bottom of the screen, a simple rating scale appears, where you rate Web sites, services, and products for cash and other items.

The viewbar comes in a variety of colors and styles themed for certain WEb sites. They are in need of beta testers to make sure the service works, and offer a list of sites currently participating in OpinionBar surveys.
